The compression molding process was the first to be used in our company and is
still present in large scale in our production. Currently, Borrax counts with some of
the most advanced rubber ware production processes. Among these, the standout
is the injection molding process, where mold concept and manufacture are more
complex, due to the need of obtaining precision in closing and in parallelism
between the parts, as well as a balanced distribution between cavities and injection
channels. The injected rubber parts meet exacting dimensional controls and,
consequently, can address complex projects for the products required by clients.
MAIN PRESSED AND INJECTED PRODUCTS:
O'rings for basic sanitation, washers for transformers, parts for combine harvesters,
compacting wheels (bands), orange colored spongy rubber plates, spongy silicone
plates for transfer machines, stoppers, metal/rubber parts, expansible parts, hose
headers, shock absorbers, sealing, links for gravel jet booths, etc.
