This process produces rubber profiles, extruded from matrixes and vulcanized in continuous ovens equipped with conveyor belts, that make the vulcanization reaction more agile, and for this reason called continuous vulcanization. MAIN EXTRUDED PRODUCTS: Profiles for: sealing, insulation, supports, high and low temperature silicone gaskets, profiles for application in glass and metals, hoses, yarns, straps, etc. Bi-elastomer rubber profile with or without metallic insertion Product developed for application in various industrial and automotive sectors. BI-ELASTOMERS: rubber profile made up of two types of rubbers with different structural characteristics and combinations (rubber, hardness and dimensions). METALLIC INSERTION: metal reinforcement inserted during the solid rubber extrusion process. Its main function is to help in the fixation of the final product.
